Our Values
At Home made by Mils & Mum, we believe crafting brings joy and creativity into everyday life. Our journey began with a passion for handmade items, and we are dedicated to sharing that love with our community.
What to expect
· A FUN creative time learning a new skill, (warning it can be addictive!)
· Expert advice, support, and guidance – you don’t need to be arty, able to draw etc. anyone can block print. We will start by running through a few tips and tricks, you will then get to practise on scrap material before starting on your final project.
(We will also have examples of ideas)
· You will get to take home your very own block printed creation, that you have designed and block printed yourselves. Choosing your own colours, blocks to use and layouts. We have over 100 different blocks to choose from inc. hearts, stars, hares, seed heads, pineapples, paisley, Moroccan tiles and many more inc. an alphabet if you wanted to personalise your item.
Options
We offer various workshops from our starter sessions printing onto a tote bag or tea towel, ideal for the beginner. We also offer cushions covers, aprons, table runners, napkins, bunting to our advanced lampshade workshop. We also offer seasonal themed workshops, ie special occasions, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.
Bespoke workshops
We also offer bespoke block printing workshops for groups of people. We generally need a min. of 8 people but please do get in touch so we can discuss individual requirements.These are a great social events for friends, family, team building, corporate events, activities for schools, hen parties or children's birthday parties.If you would like to book a workshop please contact us.
